We offer several different types of programs (Eco-Retreat, Spanish Institute, Volunteer Work, Vacation) to help our visitors experience the life and culture of Costa Rica. Independent of which program you choose your stay will include the following:

Food: we specialize in vegetarian and typical Costa Rican foods. During your stay, our guests enjoy three fresh, locally grown meals prepared mostly by a wood stove. All meals are family style and served in our communal dinning area.

Accomdations: our modest guesthouses and dormitories are equipped with beds, linens, toilets and hot showers. They can provide accommodations for up to 20 guests at any given time.

Security: we can still walk freely around the farm and its surroundings without any fear of being assaulted or worrying about our belongings.

Internet service: Internet service is available in the nearby towns of Cervantes, Paraíso and Cartago. All are a short bus ride away.

Laundry Service: cost of laundry service is included.

Healthy environment: the farm provides an ideal environment to volunteer, live and study. It is free of smog, noise and stress commonly generated by cities.

Drug and alcohol free: at Finca La Flor, we maintain an environment free of alcohol and drugs, ensuring our students the healthiest experience possible.
